Nick is a young person's psychiatrist working in London who has been involved in co-developing and co-delivering a number of projects and programmes that seek to engage young people in opportunities for building resilience and enabling change. One of these projects, Time 2 Talk, was awarded the HSJ Award for Innovation in Mental Health in 2015. Nick is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at University College London and trained as a Cognitive Analytic Therapist. Currently he is employed through Community Links in Newham (East London) as the strategic lead for a peer mentoring programme - More than Mentors - that seeks to develop emotional resilience in young people, both in schools and in the community.
